Yes. Pinch Bakehouse regularly pops up at schools, offices, hospitals, corporate buildings and community events across Singapore. Email corporate@pinchbakehouse.com with your preferred date, location and estimated crowd size, and our team will get back to you on availability.

For a typical bazaar, we usually send two team members to set up and manage the stall. Larger events can be discussed separately.

Yes. Pinch Bakehouse is halal-certified, making our bakes suitable for events and workplaces with diverse groups of guests.

Our pop-up selection typically includes cookies, brownies, Swiss rolls and other Pinch favourites, alongside seasonal and festive specials. Popular items may include our Mochi Strawberry and Rocher Swiss Rolls. The menu changes depending on the event and season.

Yes. We can recommend a product mix based on your audience, event size, location and occasion. For festive periods such as Hari Raya, Mid-Autumn, Christmas or Chinese New Year, seasonal products may also be available.

Yes. We can arrange a preorder form specifically for your organisation so employees, students or guests can reserve their bakes before the event. Preorders generally close three days before the pop-up.

Yes. Preorders are a convenient option for anyone who may not be available during the bazaar itself. Orders can be consolidated and delivered to your designated point of contact for distribution.

Most bazaars run for around 3–4 hours, although we can discuss different arrangements depending on your event.

We can work with most standard bazaar or event spaces (usually anything between 1–3 tables). Let us know the table dimensions and any venue restrictions when enquiring, and our team can advise on the setup required.

PayNow is our preferred payment method for fast and convenient transactions. Cash arrangements may also be possible, although cashless payment is recommended.

Yes. We regularly support organisations and hospitals with charity bake sales and fundraising events. Depending on the collaboration, this can be structured as a full product donation where 100% of sales proceeds go towards the cause, or through a partial-proceeds arrangement.

Yes. We can organise closed pop-ups specifically for your workplace, school or organisation rather than a public-facing event.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly during busy festive periods. Send us your preferred date, venue, event timing and expected turnout, and we'll confirm availability. Vendors typically reach out to us at least 1 month in advance but if time is not on your side, simply email corporate@pinchbakehouse.com and we will see how we can accommodate your schedule.
